Your Mind can Lift Far More Weight than Your Muscles!

How many of the readers out there have had the thought…”I’d love to get in shape, but I just don’t have the time!” Or “If I could just make it a priority to get to the gym, I know I could do this.” Well, I am here today to tell you…this is your mind talking, and we are accepting no more excuses! For every reason you give yourself NOT to get started on your fitness journey, try and think of 3 good reasons why you SHOULD start. I can think of 3 right now….1) More confidence 2) Better mood throughout the day 3) Results! 4) Setting an example for loved ones 5) Proving to yourself you can accomplish something…okay, okay I can think of way more than 3! The point of this post is to start getting fired up about what you CAN do and stop focusing on what is holding you back. If you can train your mind to lift the negativity, your body will follow….guaranteed!
